Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices, including encryption in transit and database row-level security (via Supabase). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on trusted providers to operate:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — to send and receive messages
• OpenAI — to generate AI-powered responses
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Vercel — for website hosting

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

5.1 AI data processing

Text logs sent to OpenAI via secure API calls are processed strictly to formulate real-time answers. Under our enterprise API framework, this data is encrypted and is never utilized by third parties to train public machine learning or foundational AI models.
